Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari’s divorce drama has really been affecting her, a new insider report claims. Apparently, the whole thing is really hard on her and she’s definitely not doing very well.
This new revelation comes after accusations that include ‘misconduct’ and ‘frivolous purchases.’
Things have escalated really fast between the exes.
As fans remember, it all started with Kristin and Jay announcing they were separating after a decade together but ‘with great sadness.’
However, pretty much the day after, the lawyers got involved and things took a dramatic and bitter turn.
Kristin went ahead and accused the dad of her three kids of being ‘unsafe’ and also stated that he had stopped her from purchasing a family home since he’d perceived it as an ‘unnecessary expense.’
On top of the ugly way in which their longtime relationship is coming to an end, their dirty laundry is also very public, and it’s been takin a huge toll on Kristin.
One insider dished via HollywoodLfe that she ‘is not doing well at all, but she’s doing the best she can. This time is not easy for her and it’s difficult to see it played out so much in public. [She’s] just trying to get through the days and truly is doing the very best she can. She’s strong, and she knows she’ll get through this and be OK, but right now, it’s really hard, and she’s having a tough time.’
Apparently, she’s been trying her best to just focus on her kids and prioritize them but the whole situation is still really hard on her.
Ironically, their divorce announcement read: ‘We have nothing but love and respect for one another and we are deeply grateful for all the years shared, the memories made, and the children we are so proud of. This is just the situation of two people growing apart.’
